Fourth Monkey Ensemble is our professional touring theatre company. As a company – both in our training and performance – we endeavour to push boundaries, challenge perspectives and create new methods of theatre-making through our collaborative open approach.

The Stage

The Fourth Monkey Ensemble is borne from the work of Artistic Director Steve Green who conceives and directs productions with an emphasis on forgotten stories from unheard or silenced voices. The work of the Ensemble is physical, dynamic, and visceral in composition, with movement, text and staging all central to the collaborative creation of what we strive to be exciting and original new theatre.

With a growing portfolio of critically-acclaimed work, not to mention a growing following both in the UK and overseas, Fourth Monkey Ensemble continue to build a reputation for bold and innovative work.
